Silver COT Reports are bullish, cycles will tell us when.

Clive Maund of Streetwise Reports tells us the COT reports are bullish for silver,
and he is expecting an imminent spike in silver with a panic wave of short covering.

Here is one of his chart supporting the bull argument.

This is all good stuff, but timing is everything, using our Bartels scanner (named Cycle Finder Spectrum) we can scan trading days, calendar days, weeks, months to find the best cycles, and here is our result.

The bullish pressure is intense late April or early May 2018.
